A new sweater kit from Craftsy/Bluprint – A Gift Of Promise (Cloudborn Highland DK – Stormy Skies) and they threw in a free 25g skein of Cloudborn Merino Superwash Sock Twist Mini (Dolphin Blue). It’s a very soft 80/20. Not sure what I’ll do with it yet. Continue reading May 8 2019
Not a lot of progress but keeping them in sync. Very close to starting cuffs. You can’t really tell on the dock blockers but the back of the leg this one giant chevron. This yarn will never be socks. Apparently my gauge significantly changed during the month. I thought it was just the difference where the previously knit yarn was a little bumpy. No, it’s definitely looser. You can see actual holes in the close up! The fit is way too loose. The yarn is really pretty thin for a fingering weight.
